    Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Sales Process Management: Develop and implement effective sales processes and methodologies to optimize sales efficiency and conversion rates. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance on lead generation strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SDRs, providing coaching, training, and support to drive performance. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline management. Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns based on client needs and performance metrics. Sales Pitch Development: Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to different client segments and industries. Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive communication. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lead generation industry. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and lead generation methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in sales CRM and sales enablement tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Desired Skills Experience in the IT/technology industry. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and lead generation tactics. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
