Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, and converting prospects into satisfied clients. Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract potential clients and. expand our customer base.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach efforts.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored design solutions.
 Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
 Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Blucap Interiors and establish our presence in the market.
 Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
 Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
