Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Sales & Marketing Executive to enhance our sales efforts and execute effective marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, networking events, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct sales presentations and pitch the firms services to prospective clients.

- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Monitor and report on sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firms services.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media to drive engagement and brand awareness.

- Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential market segments.

- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.

- Maintain the companys online presence and update the website regularly.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment or migration industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM tools).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
