Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing and Software Sales Executive who possesses excellent English communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and proven experience in software sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients from diverse regions, including Dubai, the USA, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication and Relationship Building
Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
2. Digital Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
3. Software Sales
Identify and target potential software clients.
Present and demonstrate software products to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Market Research and Strategy
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Monitor competitors and industry developments to stay ahead of the market.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and software sales.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of international markets, particularly Dubai, the USA, and Australia.
High level of enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working in an IT services company.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
