Job Description
Process Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end process of new business development, from identifying potential opportunities to closing deals.
Lead Generation: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, events, digital marketing, etc.
Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, and present tailored solutions or proposals that address their specific business objectives.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients to secure new business opportunities, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics. including lead generation, conversion rates, revenue growth, and profitability, and provide regular reports and insights to management.

Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's offerings, features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and the ability to effectively communicate these to potential clients. Sales Process Expertise: Proficiency in managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales cycle optimization. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience using CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present proposals, negotiate terms, and build rapport. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and develop creative solutions to address client challenges and objectives. Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions and support the overall business goals.
