Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market, aligned with WorkWalls overall business objectives.
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct high-quality product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product team to enhance WorkWalls offerings based on client needs and market trends.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the US market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the US tech industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
