    Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-oriented Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the vast Indian market. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts (if applicable), and driving profitable revenue growth. Responsibilities: Leverage your network and market knowledge to identify and target high-potential clients across PAN India who match our capabilities and solutions. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve regional and national sales goals. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (including suppliers) to create compelling proposals aligned with client goals and company objectives. Manage your sales pipeline, provide regular updates, and champion deals through the sales cycle. Oversee smooth solution implementation, working closely with internal teams and providing ongoing support. Re-engage with existing clients to identify new opportunities for expansion. Participate actively in team meetings, including individual briefings, monthly sales reviews, and annual planning sessions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and influencers. (Optional) Ensure adherence to company procedures and quality management systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales experience within the industrial sector (5-10 years total experience). Proven track record of new business development using the HUNTER methodology. Experience in leading and coordinating functional teams to drive sales closure. Independent, self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience in crafting value-based proposals for niche customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in mechanical engineering or machining (preferred). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve and exceed revenue targets. Maintain consistent pricing and margins. Develop and implement a strong Key Account strategy (if applicable). Focus on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Travel extensively to meet clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
