Business Development Manager (BDM)

Our flagship product, Smi-fi, embodies innovation and efficiency, offering automation, energy monitoring, appliance health tracking, cost reduction, safety alerts, and smart schedulingall at your fingertips.-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Business Development Manager at EpVi, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving growth.

Responsibilities

-Must develop and set clear, achievable sales goals and targets for their team members

-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

-Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with brand messaging.

-Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

-Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.

-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

-Provide regular reports to the senior management about overall growth of the sales department and revenue generation.

Qualifiications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Strong understanding of energy management solutions and technology.

Must have bachelors degree in B. Tech and Post Graduate with MBA.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month
