Our products include office workstations, chairs, loose furniture, meeting pods, executive cabins, cafe, collab furniture, and sofas. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales leads, pitching products and services, and managing the sales process. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, including sales strategy, lead generation, and relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of furniture industry and products preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM. software Experience in B2B sales a plus We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong sales and business development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the furniture industry and products is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is also required. Experience in B2B sales is a plus,
