Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role which is an on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and developing expertise in the real estate industry. Other day-to-day tasks include lead generation, cold calling and following up on new leads, and taking part in cross-functional initiatives with various internal teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Strong sales and business development skills
Ability to think strategically and analytically, and come up with innovative solutions
Proficient in using CRM platforms and other sales tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software easily
Knowledge of the real estate industry and a willingness to stay current on industry trends
Prior (minimum 1 to maximum 3) experience in business development, sales, or account management is a plus,
