Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing growth opportunities for the company, creating and maintaining strategic partnerships, and conducting market research to identify potential areas for expansion. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing preferably in Fashion Retail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and. Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in the leather or fashion industry.
Experience working with international clients or partners.
