Role Description

As a Business Development Manager - Institutional Sales & Corporate Gifting, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions to corporate clients, institutions, and businesses. You will be responsible for driving growth by managing a portfolio of clients and building lasting relationships, and. promoting Urbane Designs" range of products and services. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru that requires travel as necessary.

Qualifications
 5+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Development or Sales role, with experience in the corporate gifting or merchandise industry desirable
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
 Ability to understand a customer's business needs and map them to Urbane Designs" products and services to meet or exceed their expectations
 Strong negotiating and influencing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
