Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving growth for the company through strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and generating sales leads.

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Proven track record in business development or sales
Experience in the corporate employee benefits sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
