This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and communication. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working in a sales or marketing role is a plus
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies tailored to the South India market.
Rigorously qualify leads using the BANT criteria to ensure high-quality sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize technical and marketing content effectively in the sales process.
Stay informed about Accops product. offerings and market trends for effective client communication.
Use CRM tools for lead tracking, sales activity reporting, and performance analysis.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market needs and trends.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office suite, experience in lead management and qualification, and familiarity with sales processes,
