Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. The role will involve a combination of outbound and inbound sales activities, nurturing prospect relationships to close deals, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications
 Strong Inside Sales experience with proven track record of success
 Excellent lead generation skills with high conversion rate
 Strong communication skills, ability to. build rapport and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
 Ability to identify and interpret customer needs, providing effective solutions and delivering high customer satisfaction
 Strong customer service skills with experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
 Experience in selling complex services and solutions
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
 Industry knowledge and expertise in data science, AI, or related field is a plus,
