The Inside Sales Specialist should maintain a strong understanding of PHIGRID's products and services. Evaluate customer's business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs. Provide quotes and proposals in response to customer requests and coordinate the sales process through closing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience in Salesforce is a plus,
