Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role located on-site in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling Geek Theory's products/services, processing and following up on orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
