About Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the enterprise software/technology domain and a proven track record of success in inside sales. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Samaaro, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound calls, emails.
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, present our solutions, and build relationships to understand their needs and pain points.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Samaaros solutions.
Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our Zoho CRM.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with prospects to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly & annual sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align efforts, share insights, and drive customer satisfaction.
Desire Candidature
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the enterprise software/technology domain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong sales ability with a knack for objection handling and negotiation.
Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and other sales tools.
A tech enthusiast, eager to learn the latest AI tools for sales enablement.
An MBA in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
