    Job Title: IT Inside Sales Specialist Location: Remote (India) Client Location: Dubai, UAE Positions Available: 4 Salary: Up to 6 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and results-driven IT Inside Sales Specialists to join our team. You will be working remotely from India for a prestigious Dubai-based client. Your role will involve driving sales efforts, generating leads, and building relationships with potential customers, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity and Microsoft products or services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Sales Outreach: Contact potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions from our range of IT products and services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements and effectively communicating our value proposition. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, especially in cybersecurity and Microsoft offerings, to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of IT sales experience. Preferred Experience: Previous sales experience in cybersecurity or Microsoft products/services is highly preferred. Lead Generation: Demonstrated experience in lead generation and qualification. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to quickly learn about new technologies. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setup, demonstrating self-discipline and a results-oriented mindset. CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
