Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our IT products and services.
Key responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to build a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate IT solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our IT products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Customer Support: Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sales issues.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements regularly.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the IT industry.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT products and services (software, hardware, cloud solutions, etc.).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.,
