Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Phoenix Maketing. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Your primary objectives will include:
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Analyze industry data and competitor strategies to inform business development strategies.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize various channels such as networking. events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our products/services and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on client needs.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Track progress, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing market trends, dynamics, and challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
