We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our growing team in India. Your Role As a Business Development Professional, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Effortless. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with various teams to achieve our growth objectives. Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, target industries, and key decision-makers. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Pitch Development: Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Effortless products and services. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, addressing their concerns and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and maximize the impact of business development initiatives. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize business development strategies. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand Effortless presence and build a robust network of potential clients and partners. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business development strategies to keep Effortless at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or financial services environment. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
