Job Description:

Marvice Media Private Limited, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are freshers or have 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of sales and business development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our business growth through new client acquisitions and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities to fuel the company's growth.
 Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients through various channels, convert leads into customers, and achieve sales targets.
 Customer. Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
 Meetings and Presentations: Conduct live meetings and presentations to showcase our services and products to potential clients.
 Field Work: Actively participate in field work for client visits, networking events, and other sales activities.
 Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities to strategize accordingly.
 Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business growth and referrals.
 Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales, client feedback, and other relevant data for reporting to management.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
 Proficiency in English and local languages.
 Willingness to travel and participate in field work.
 Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
