Job Description:

We seek a 2-year minimum experienced and enthusiastic Sales Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential customers, B2B or B2C; explaining our services, and convincing them of the benefits of our treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services.

Explain the benefits and features of paint protection film, ceramic coating, and sun films.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Schedule appointments for detailed consultations and service bookings.

Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer retention.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Familiarity with MS Office.

High school diploma; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Passion for automobiles and a good understanding of automotive detailing services is preferred.,
