Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Implement diverse channels to generate leads and maintain a consistent flow of prospects. Sales Conversions: Conduct on-call and in-person sales conversions with prospective leads. Field Sales Visits: Plan and execute field sales visits to apartments, clubs, and other community locations. Product Communication and Customer Solutions: Effectively communicate product benefits and understand customer requirements to provide tailored solutions. Market Adaptation: Adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences to maximise sales opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a proactive approach in customer relationship management and follow-up. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining clients. Event Planning and Execution: Strategize, coordinate, and execute paid events to foster community growth and drive lead generation, with incentives tied to event success. Community Building: Proactively engage in building and nurturing our digital community through various engagements. Networking: Expand and leverage professional networks to capitalise on business development opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle rejection and failure positively, with a resilient and determined mindset. Willingness to engage in extensive fieldwork and travel as required. Experience in event organisation and community engagement is a plus. Strong understanding of effective lead generation strategies and proficient social media management. Adept at collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong organisational acumen and event planning capabilities. Proficiency in customer segmentation and market analysis. Knowledge in CRM systems. Target-driven and motivated by incentives. Extroverted personality with excellent networking skills. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
