Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Chennai, India

Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business clients (B2B) and individual students (B2C) for our aviation training programs and university degree programs.
 Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
 Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
 Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure partnerships and enrollments.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and. promotional materials.
 Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the enrollment process.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the education or training sector.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
 Multilingual abilities are beneficial.
 Background in EdTech or educational technology is preferred.

Working Hours:
 Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
