Business Development Associate

MediSim VR is a MedTech company with an aim of revolutionizing medical training in India. A resident company of IIT-Madras, We hold the merit of being the first Indian resident company of Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labs, Boston. Our team works on combining the benefits of Virtual Reality (VR) and simulation to deliver immersive learning for skill training and training for surgical tasks.

Job Description: a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate focused on our pain management product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales and adoption of the product within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

 Generate leads through various channels, including online research and networking.

 Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with potential clients.

 Collaborate with the sales team to assist in preparing proposals. presentations, and demonstrations.

 Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and support.

 Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and workshops to represent Medisim VR.

 Contribute to developing strategies to position Medisim VR as a leader in VR healthcare education.

 Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

 Generate regular reports on business development activities.

Requirements:

 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role is advantageous.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 Motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to work.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences.
