Role Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Ahmedabad team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and building strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector. Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert potential leads into long-term clients. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Address client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their manufacturing processes. - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to inform business development strategies and drive growth. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development plans. Set and achieve targets for sales growth and market penetration. - Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our solutions to potential clients. Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions. Qualifications - Experience & Skills: - Proven track record in new business development and lead generation, particularly within the manufacturing sector. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address client needs and market dynamics. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in account management, including the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. - Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals. - Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decision-making. - Education & Background: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable. - Familiarity with digital solutions and technologies related to manufacturing processes is a plus. - Personal Attributes: - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong drive to achieve targets. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
