- Job Description:-
Serve as a primary interface between Maestro Realtek & all associated developers.
Partner with developers senior management on all approval matters including
operations, policy matters & strategic planning.
Maintain a master list & files between all the developers and Maestro Realtek
Acquire new developer relationship as per the target on a monthly quarterly &
yearly basis.
Handle all the escalations of the Developers and resolve from Maestro Realteks
side.
Provide competitive market survey wrt to pricing and product comparison as in
when required.
Frame SOPs, guidelines and timelines wrt to all the operations of the company &
audit the same and ensuring the compliance of the same.
maintaining the records and MIS of the same and providing and producing reports
on timely basis.
Coordinating internally with marketing & sales team to provide all the data &
reports to developers as required and vice versa.
[Sales Strategy]
Support new launches and sustenance sales with product and Pricing Strategy and
Inventory Management and track its movement
Define market size, market growth rate, scope of competition, industry profitability
etc. with respect to residential and commercial property
Receive periodic reports from sales team to develop and perform competitive analysis
Assess competitive performance by conducting a SWOT analysis keeping in mind
criteria like market share, customers, revenue, designs, price, quality, premiumness
etc.
Coordinate with Management & Architects in the product mix of the new launch and
recommend right product , with right features, amenities based on market dynamics
Coordinate with Business development team and provide necessary recommendation
for the land parcels through feasibility reports
Prepare the product story based on micro-market/area analysis and investment stories.
System , CRM Admin ( Sales software for Sales, Marketing, CRM and Presales).
Project Lead for CRM revamp. online MIS tool building which increased focus on
data driven decision making
Designing Sales / Presales/ Marketing/CRM SOPs and auditing if any GAPs are there
in implementation
Campaign Management and campaign report & analysis. Marketing analytics for all
sites
Evaluation of various vendors related to Sales and Marketing
Training sales, presales, MIS and GREs on various business aspects pertaining to
Sales
Sales and Marketing - Internal Auditor
Key person / SPOC for Sales and Marketing team to ensure paperless and Excel free
environment.
Pricing control and monitoring
Sales and Marketing expenses monitoring
teams and Channel Partners .
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field
An advanced degree in Business/Management/Finance/ Management or a related field is
strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience with 1years of experience in real estate
industry or related field with desired experience/expertise in Business Development
Leadership Competencies and Skills
An excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing is essential.
attention to details
Must exhibit initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
Proficiency in real estate financial analysis is required. Must have demonstrated ability to
manage complexity and must be organizationally/politically astute.,
