Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with preferred a strong background
in home automation or other electrical product sales to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall
growth of the company in the home automation market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our
home automation solutions.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the home automation, electrical, or related industry.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and home automation technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
