We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling furniture products to B2B companies, a deep understanding of the furniture market, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. The Senior Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the B2B furniture sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting, to expand the client base.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with B2B clients, ensuring profitable sales and long-term partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate clients, architects, interior designers, and procurement professionals.
Understand clients" needs and requirements to provide tailored furniture solutions that meet their business objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Market Analysis and Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
Maintain a deep understanding of our furniture product portfolio, including features, benefits, and customization options.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest improvements or new product ideas.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture products, meeting client expectations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against sales targets.
Continuously assess and optimize sales processes and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling furniture products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the furniture market, including industry trends and customer needs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
