Job Description: UTL Homes Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of freehold, commercial, and residential
properties in Noida and Delhi NCR area, is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales
Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate
sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell freehold, commercial, and residential properties to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize
sales opportunities.
Provide guidance and assistance to buyers in making informed decisions about properties.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, legal requirements, and best practices
Salary Criteria:
If a candidate achieves a sale in a month, their full salary plus incentives will be released.
If they achieve a target of 8 client visits in a month, their full salary will be released.
If they fail to achieve either of these targets, only 50% of their salary will be released.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Noida region.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Real estate license or certification is a plus
