The company covers properties in Delhi-NCR, Pune, Patna, Jamshedpur, Mumbai-MMR, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Bangalore to service clients. ACPL aims to provide end-to-end, complete hassle-free services to home buyers, including primary and secondary sales of residential and commercial properties, leasing, and loan facilities. The company has a major focus on tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and plans to expand to 50 more such locations in the future. Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Manager. This. position offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the dynamic field of real estate sales. Responsibilities:* 1. *Calling, Meetings, and Closures:* Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Efficiently handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive information about available properties. Facilitate property viewings and negotiations to achieve successful closures. 2. *Pan India Travel:* Willingness to travel across various locations in India to meet clients, attend property expos, and participate in networking events. Flexibility and adaptability to diverse geographical settings are essential for this role. 3. *Computer Proficiency:* Utilize computer software and tools effectively to maintain client databases, track leads, and generate reports. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable. 4. *Lead Support:* Benefit from comprehensive lead support provided by the company.
