Export/International Sales Manager(Middle and Senior)-Basmati Non Basmati rice

Sum Overseas Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing export company specializing in Basmati and Non Basmati Rice. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team.

As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our international sales operations. This includes developing new markets, adding new buyers and ensuring good relations with customers worldwide. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability in existing markets, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in International sales of Basmati and Non Basmati rice and a proven track record in managing export operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities
 Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's international sales and market presence
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
 Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
 Proven experience in international sales and export operations
 Strong leadership and management skills
 Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
 Knowledge of export regulations and documentation
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
