Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. They will also manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, analyze sales data, and develop sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Proven. experience in sales and team management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the Banking industry is a plus
