Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Property Junction International located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base. The Sales Manager will also manage and train the sales team, provide excellent customer service, and stay up to date with industry trends and competition.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team and achieve sales targets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
Experience with real estate. laws, regulations, and practices is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
