Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Deep understanding of the luxury club industry and membership.Preferences with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
Up-to-date knowledge of membership sales, particularly the luxury club segment, including market trends and competitor activities.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets, with strong analytical skills for performance assessment and improvement.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
