Key Responsibilities
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and targets
 Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential
 Conduct sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our properties
 Generate qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking events
 Nurture relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
 Stay up-to-date with market. trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
 Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making

Requirements
 Proven experience in real estate sales and a strong understanding of the sales process
 Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent spoken and written communication skills
 Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
 Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies
