Business Development Executive in Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
 Identify and develop new business opportunities with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and homeowners through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
 Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of clients in the home automation and real estate industries.
 Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement targeted sales strategies.
 Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
 Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
 Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and stay informed about market trends.
 Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
 Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the home automation or real estate sector.
 Strong understanding of home automation technologies, market trends, and the real estate industry.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
 Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
