    Job Role: Export Business Development Manager Company: Nobtech Enterprises Location: Kandivali Industry: Manufacturing (Engineering Plastic Components & Water Pumps) About the Company: Nobtech Enterprises specializes in designing and manufacturing a wide range of injection-molded engineering plastic components, including impellers. Our products are extensively used in the engineering and agricultural sectors. Our sister company, SLEKA Industries, manufactures water pumps, enhancing our product portfolio in fluid handling solutions. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Export Business Development Manager to expand our international market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales and business development within the manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for identifying and developing new export markets, building relationships with international clients, and driving export sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and customers. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in target export regions. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and establish relationships with potential international clients and distributors. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new international markets and increase export sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns for different regions. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. Export Operations & Compliance: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements. Product Customization & Development: Work closely with the R&D and production teams to understand product specifications and customization needs for international markets. Provide market feedback to support product development and adaptation for different regions. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports on export business development activities and performance metrics. Monitor and analyze export sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on engineering plastic components or water pumps. Skills: In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics. Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural sensitivities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and business growth. Ability to work independently and manage international projects. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience with export management software is a plus. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Proficiency in Arabic and Spanish is preferred. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
