Job Details

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with architects and dealers in the furnishing, plywood, and laminate industry. This role involves networking, sales, and strategic partnership development to drive business growth in the Maharashtra region.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target architects and dealers.

    Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

    Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the assigned territory.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and dealers.

    Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

    Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase products and services.

     

    Market Analysis and Strategy:

    Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    Develop a deep understanding of the plywood, veneer and laminate industry.

    Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.

     

    Networking and Events:

    Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network with potential clients and Architect.

    Organize and participate in promotional events and activities to enhance brand visibility.

     

    Reporting and Documentation:

    Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

     

    Education Qualifications:

    12th, Graduation and MBA is preferred.

    Experience from Relevant Industry Experience are most Preferred.

     

    Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development.

    Prior experience in the Veneer, plywood, and laminate industry is mandatory.

     

    Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

    Salary:

    INR 25k to 55K per month, based on experience and qualifications.
