Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: Implement effective strategies to maximize revenue, focusing on new business opportunities and client acquisition.
Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients for our B2B services, enhancing our customer portfolio.
Market Expansion: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and enter new markets, contributing to broader brand visibility and business growth.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with corporate trainers, HR professionals, and other key industry players to expand our service capabilities.
Brand Representation: Promote our brand at industry events, networking meetings, and other public forums to secure new business opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales targets and business development outcomes to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on sales and market expansion.
Strong track record of achieving sales goals and developing new business channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at negotiating and building strong professional relationships.
