- Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, focusing primarily on European markets.
Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts.
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to understand client needs and preferences, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research findings.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
Regularly communicate with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals.
Set sales targets and KPIs, and create action plans to achieve or exceed these targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Mirats Insights and generate leads.
Build a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
Represent the company in a professional manner and build a positive brand image.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, research, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
Provide feedback and insights from clients to improve products, services, and overall client experience.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the market research industry.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients in European markets.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
