Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, planning and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Adept at creating and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing data to drive sales. growth
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and coach team members for success
Knowledge of CRM software and sales metrics tracking tools
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred,
