As an Assistant Manager Premium Sales, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing Sales velocity of a Premium Real Estate Project
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to target premium clientele and maximize sales opportunities.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Premium property buyers, sellers, and industry professionals.
4. Overseeing the listing and. marketing of Premium properties, ensuring they are presented in an appealing and professional manner.
5. Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
6. Negotiating and closing premium property transactions, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
7. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management.
8. Collaborating with marketing and advertising teams to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
9. Representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and Premium property showcases.
10. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Extensive experience in Premium estate sales, preferably in a managerial role.
2. Strong knowledge of the Premium real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and property types.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Premium real estate sector.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
5. Leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
6. Strong negotiation and closing skills to handle high-value property transactions.
7. In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales.
8. Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other sales tools.
9. A master's degree in business, marketing or equivalent is mandatory.
10. Any additional certifications or training in Premium real estate sales or management can be advantageous.
