Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Domestic Sales Executive (Rice Industry Only) to join our team. This mid-level position is based in Jalgaon Jamod, Achalpur, Akot, Ahmadpur, Akola, Ambegaon and is a full-time employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience in sales within the rice industry and will play a crucial role in driving our domestic sales initiatives.
Qualifications And Skills
Knowledge of the rice industry (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in various sales techniques to effectively engage and convert customers.
Experience in customer relationship management to maintain and grow long-term customer relationships.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms and close deals successfully.
Ability to conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
Excellent communication skills for clear, persuasive, and professional interactions with clients.
Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find effective solutions promptly.
Analytical skills to analyze sales data and market conditions to make informed decisions.
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the company's domestic sales growth.
Identify and target potential customers within the assigned region to expand the customer base.
Maintain and manage strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct thorough market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure the most favorable deals for the company.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the management, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the domestic market.
Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and effective responses.,
