Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist in Mumbai. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer data, analyzing customer needs and interactions, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The Specialist will also work with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and provide support to the sales team regarding CRM technology.

Qualifications
 Strong analytical skills, with. the ability to analyze customer data and generate insights
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management (CRM)
 Project management skills, including prioritization, planning, and execution
 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
 Experience in B2b , B2c, D2c is an advatage
 Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
 Able to do cold calling and convert leads into sales,
