Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, managing projects, and meeting customer needs. This is an on-site role located in Surat, India.
Qualifications
Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze data
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with clients and team members effectively
Experience in sales and customer relationship management (CRM)
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects. simultaneously
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the media and entertainment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field,
