We are seeking a dedicated CRM Specialist with expertise in telecalling to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our CRM systems, ensuring seamless customer interactions while also engaging directly with customers through outbound and inbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Customize CRM tools to meet the specific needs of the sales and marketing teams.
Analyze customer data and generate reports to inform business strategies.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a unified approach to customer relationship management.
Telecalling:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information about products/services, answer queries, and address any concerns.
Handle inbound customer calls, offering support and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up with customers after interactions to ensure their needs have been met and to gather feedback.
Document all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products, services, and processes.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team by providing customer insights and tracking leads through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns based on customer data and trends.
Training & Development:
Train and support team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and telecalling techniques to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, with a strong background in telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
