Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Surat. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships by implementing effective strategies and providing high-quality customer service. The CRM Specialist will also be responsible for developing and managing projects related to customer service and sales.

Analytical Skills, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management skills
Experience with CRM software and tools
Experience in the fashion or luxury industry is a plus
